Bollinger powers Chennai into Final

Doug Bollinger's superb bowling figure is the best in IPL 2010 and also the best in IPL semi finals.

Chennai Super Kings now join Mumbai Indians in the IPL 2010 Finals on the 25th.
These two teams are qualified for the Champions League which is going to be played in September this year.

The 3rd team will be decided in a play off between semi final losers Bangalore and Deccan.

Chennai is playing in IPL final after 2008. Last year also they qualified for the semi finals.

Pollard put up an awesome all round performance today. Scored his 33 quick runs with 3 huge sixes in only 13 balls and took 3 crucial wickets. Pollard also excelled in fielding too.

Saurabh Tiwary is continuing his good form, Hitting 4 sixes and 3 fours in his 31 ball 52.

Mumbai Indians now face the winner between Chennai Vs Deccan semi final on the 25th.

This is the 1st time Mumbai entered into IPL semi finals and they made it to the Finals.

Rohit Sharma guides Deccans to win over Punjab

Rohit Sharma once again proved his talents as a finisher with today's unbeaten innings. He faced only 38 balls scoring 3 sixes and 6 fours.
The six he smashed off Srivastava's bow;ing was the 500th in IPL 2010.

Mahela Jayawardene continues his superb form as opener. He missed his second century in IPL 2010 by mere 7 runs today. He faced only 62 balls for his unbeaten innings, scoring 13 fours and 2 sixes.

Dharmasala ground made its debut.

With today's win Deccan has moved into 4th in the points table but its net run rate is still in minus is the worrying factor for them.

Chennai Super Kings managed only their 2nd lowest total in IPL.

Delhi spinners (two of them are part timers) Mishra,Sehwag and Dilshan bowled 12 overs in between them and took 4 wickets only for 50 runs.

Partnesrhip of 75 runs between Gambhir and Manhas was crucial in this Delhi victory.

With this win Delhi is in 3rd and Chennai is in 4th position.
Chennai needs to win their last game to go through to the semi finals.
